Office of the Student Affairs - Social Orientation

Social Orientation classes were scheduled twice a month for two (2) hours every meeting to maximize the number of activities in each meeting.

Organized the class presidents under Social Orientation President’s Council (SOPC). The council and the advisers facilitated some changes in the social orientation syllabi. In the social orientation classes, the students are expected to developed opportunities for the application of knowledge in classroom and to supplement the intellectual development of the person with emotional maturity, commitment and social responsibility, which thereby developed a deeper spiritual life, in lieu of Olivarez College Philosophy “Educating the mind, body, and soul”.

Students joined the regular visits to the adopted community in Sitio Sto. Nino and participated in the activities and projects of the outreach programs.

Modules were implemented and used in Social Orientation 7(Job Orientation 1) and Social Orientation (Personality Development) subjects.
