Admission Procedures


Olivarez College is open to all students who meet its academic standards and are willing to commit themselves to the attainment of vision-mission of the institution as well as abide by the rules and directives of the College. The College Admission Committee sets guidelines to make sure that Olivarez College accepts only those who are likely to benefit most from the Olivarian education.

    • Certificate of Good Moral Character
    • Junior High School ID (photocopy)
    • Copy of Grades - 1st and 2nd quarter
    • PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy)

    Transferee

  • STEP 03. Submission of Initial Requirements to the Registrar's Office
  • STEP 04. Payment of Reservation Fee at the Cashier (NO online payment)
    • Student from a PUBLIC Junior High School - P160.00
    • Student from a PRIVATE Junior High School - P500.00
    Note: Payment is non-refundable but deductible. Reservation is subject to availability of slot.

     4. You are now OFFICIALLY ENROLLED!

Enrollment Procedures

  1. Student applicants should fill out the Online Application Form.
    1. Go to https://forms.gle/qWifTaHAhBw5twdC9
  2. After the application has been approved, the student is encouraged to visit the campus for enrollment and bring all the necessary documents/requirements.
  3. When on campus, please secure a queueing number at the entrance. The following process shall be observed:
    1. Visit the Marketing and Admissions Office to verify the student's information and issuance of the student number.
    2. Proceed to the Principal's Office to validate the student's data and identify the student's section.
    3. Proceed to the Registrar's Office for the submission of the student's requirements and the issuance of Subject Assessment (Window 1). Kindly wait for your number to be shown on the monitor.
    4. Bring the Subject Assessment to the Assessment window at the Accounting Office for the Assessment of Fees (Window 2). Kindly wait for your number to be shown on the monitor.
    5. Proceed to the Cashier window for the payment or validation (Window 3). 
    6. After making/validating the student's payment, student will have to return to the Registrar's Office (Window 1) for the issuance of the Certificate of Matriculation. This serves as your proof of enrollment. Kindly keep the C.O.M. with you all the time.
    7. Proceed to the Bookstore to purchase/order school uniform. Should the uniform size not be available, please note that the Bookstore accepts reservation subject to full payment (cash basis) only.
    8. Proceed to Computer Laboratory 101 to issue the official email address and to capture the student's photo for school identification (I.D.).
    9. The student shall now proceed to the School Clinic to establish the student's medical records.
