The Olivarez College Learning Resource Center (LRC) is an integral part of the educational facilities of Olivarez College. It effectively facilitates the flow of knowledge through its academic resources and services, which cover all the curricular offerings and instructional programs. It provides and maintains a strong collection to support the instructional, research and other bibliographical needs of the students and faculty. LRC collections consist of PRINT AND NON PRINT materials. Print materials composed of volumes of books supplemented with foreign and local periodical titles. Non–print materials include CD–ROMs, over–head projectors, television, VHS player and internet access. Reader services are rendered in various sections of the LRC namely: Circulation, Reference, Filipiniana, Periodical, and internet. The books are shelved based on the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC).

- Giving users (both on and off campus) access to online databases
- Supplying computers for use by students
- Processing requests for document delivery
- Photocopying, scanning, and printing
- Presenting a valid identification card allows Olivarez College Tagaytay officials, faculty, staff, alums, administrators, and students to use the Learning Commons.
