Promoting student formation guidelines establishes expectations for student conduct, encompassing adherence to Christian, Filipino, and Olivarian values alongside specific rules regarding grooming, attire, and the proper use of facilities.

Handling infractions by students (ID violations, smoking, littering, and other violations written in the Student Handbook)

Managing inquiries into incidents of gender-based misconduct, student discipline, and security concerns involving students Delineates procedures for addressing policy violations, including reporting, investigation, and disciplinary action by the Student Formation Committee.
