The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the collection,
administration, maintenance, processing, and distribution of
information. As the official custodian of all student academic
records, they determine the access and distribution of those records
in accordance with the school policy.
As the OCT embarks upon the utilization of new technologies for
improvement, striving for innovation, the Registrar will cooperate,
leading and driving force in accomplishing the goals of Olivarez
College Tagaytay during this time of new normal.

Registration
The registration process grants students the official right to utilize the campus facilities, including the library and internet, to join student organizations (degree students only), and to receive an official Olivarez College Tagaytay identification card. The ability to participate in classes and get grades is the primary benefit of registration for students.

Records Management
The effective and timely execution of a methodical process for capturing, preserving/updating, monitoring, assessing, releasing (when required and pertinent), and safeguarding student records is known as records management.

Evaluation of Grades
The process of evaluating students involves evaluating their credentials and keeping track of their completion of academic requirements. The procedure entails tracking a student's advancement through the courses required of him or her in order to retain eligibility and ultimately earn a degree.

Document Services
The issuance of the diploma, an official transcript of records, and certifications such as graduation, course descriptions, candidacy for graduation, and enrollment certificates are examples of standard document requests.
